Hydrotherapy Cold
If you would like to try the spa at home but are reluctant to hot water, you can opt for these choices of cold water:
• Scottish shower:
Applies a powerful jet of water on your back and the back of the legs for three minutes.
Then change to a gentler stream of cold water for another minute. And finally, bundle up with dry towels and relax for half an hour while your skin becomes brighter and smoother.
• Wipers and cold packs:
First of all, wrap ice in a clean cloth and place in the area that causes you discomfort.
Then wrap the area with a bandage wrung in cold water and cover your body with it. You see how you feel detoxified and revitalized almost instantly.
