Beer, Is an Ally Our Bone?
This time we go with good news for beer lovers (which undoubtedly are many), When ordering another glass can now take shelter under the results of an investigation. This states that some types of beer, especially the blond, help strengthen bones.
These results correspond to researchers from the University of California. They found that beer is a rich source of silicon. This mineral has been linked to bone health in the past and it seems that protects bone disorders like osteoporosis.
Up to half the silicon that is in the beer can be absorbed by our bodies. This makes the beer in the main source of silicon in the Western diet. The light-colored beers produced clear malt barley and hops, such as lager, are the richest in silica, while the low-alcohol beers are those with the least amount of this mineral. Makes better use of your tomorrows
The alarm clock that forces us to wake up the morning is one of the more hated by all. And, more to deactivate sleep five more minutes, the truth is that we started the day resigned, with a lot of laziness and desire to continue all day on our bed.

Yes, getting up early on Saturdays and Sundays can be very cruel, because they are the ideal days to rest, but keep in mind that much sleep those two days can adversely affect your energy levels of the rest of the week.
