The benefit of infrared therapy
The light of the sun has different physiological functions in humans. It is composed of different types of energies are transmitted as electromagnetic waves, and only 1 percent of the total of the electromagnetic spectrum is perceived by the eye.
The spectrum is composed of three different elements: the first are the waves of infrared light, then there is the visible part of the spectrum that is in which we see all colors, and finally the light invisible.
The therapy of infrared light is very healthy since the infrared heat is an energy that warms the objects through a process that is called conversion and not heats the air of the environment.
