Tips for your eat schedule.

At the beginning of this week we share some “Tricks to reduce the size portions”, since we all know that we should eat less if we lose weight. But for some follow a strict diet becomes a challenge almost impossible.
However, making small actions could reduce the amount of food we eat (most of the times unnecessarily) without great sacrifices. The main thing is that you must take into account that when you decide lose your overweight you are improving your style of life and your health in general.
We will see below tips very simple to temper what you eat every day, losing weight and improving your health.
*Drink first and come after. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. The hydration is essential for your body does not confuse thirst with hunger.
