Homeopathic Medicine For Cancer
Even is not sufficiently demonstrated that the homeopathic medicines ease side effects of cancer treatments, but at least seem not to cause serious adverse effects or interactions with other drugs, according to a report.
In a review of eight clinical trials that included 664 patients with cancer, researchers found preliminary evidence that certain homeopathic remedies may decrease some side effects of cancer.
However, principal investigator Dr. Sosie Kassab, the Royal Hospital in London Homeopathy in the United Kingdom, and co-researchers emphasized that these tests should be repeated before they can make recommendations.
A study found that the topic of marigold (an extract of flowers) – can be useful for the skin inflammation in the radiation therapy for breast cancer.
Another suggested that a mouthwash called Traumeel S (a mixture of different plant extracts and minerals) can help relieve inflammation associated with the treatment in the mouth. Read the rest of this entry »
