<p>If you would like to try the spa at home but are reluctant to hot water, you can opt for these choices of cold water:</p>
<p>• Scottish shower:</p>
<p>Applies a powerful jet of water on your back and the back of the legs for three minutes.</p>
<p>Then change to a gentler stream of cold water for another minute. And finally, bundle up with dry towels and relax for half an hour while your skin becomes brighter and smoother.</p>
<p>• Wipers and cold packs:</p>
<p>First of all, wrap ice in a clean cloth and place in the area that causes you discomfort.</p>
