Since this blog of Health, we have already impacted on some occasions on one of the most important problems of the 21st century: stress. I insist that one of the problems is that you spend too much time to work. All we can have this type of depression. But if the situation in the work is too stressful and has reached a point at which is a true torment go to work, it is best that you advise a specialist. Believes that there is nothing that has no solution and that everything has the importance that you want to give. So you already know, enjoys life, relax and take your time to do things. The work is not the only in the life of truth.
