Changing eating habits refers to eat healthier, i.e., has a diet to include foods from all groups in the right proportions and in the quantities needed. The benefits of proper nutrition are great, the body and organs function more powerful, have more energy during the day, perform better, you look good, and very importantly, prevent and avoid diseases like cancer, diabetes, heart problems, orthopedic , respiratory, gastrointestinal, and so on.
There are 4 food groups:
1Cereales: Panel that gives you energy, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cereals.
2Frutas and Vegetables: Group that provides vitamins, minerals and fiber.
3Carnes and Legumes: Group that provides proteins: beef, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt, beans, peas, lentils.
4Grasas – Sugars: Group that gives energy: oil, butter, mayonnaise, cream, sugar, sweets, jam, ice cream, honey.

The 3 meals should be as healthy as possible, including in each fruit and vegetables.
Choose your servings of cereal, bread, rice or pasta in the comprehensive and non-fat versions.
Reduce fat by avoiding foods such as meats, certain cuts of beef (rib, loin, brisket, ground pepper, pork, goose, duck) cheese, fries and desserts.
Varies meals, not always eat the same fruits or vegetables or the same type of meat.
Avoid all industrialized and processed as they are salts, fats and preservatives.
Help yourself to eat moderate portions of everything.
If hunger persists you may repeat only salad.
