<p style="text-align: justify;">The alarm clock that forces us to wake up the morning is one of the more hated by all. And, more to deactivate sleep five more minutes, the truth is that we started the day resigned, with a lot of laziness and desire to continue all day on our bed.</p>
<p>But as we know that this is impossible, the ideal is to face the first minute of the day in the best way. Although I am of those who sleep all morning if possible, personally I must admit that is one of the most beautiful moments of the day: we found fresh, recharged with energy and with a full day ahead.</p>
<p>Make an effort to get up bright and to maximize your morning with the advice that I tell in this article. When to do them, you feel both excited and not hurt the alarm.</p>
<p>Get up at the same time every day of the week. Yes, getting up early on Saturdays and Sundays can be very cruel, because they are the ideal days to rest, but keep in mind that much sleep those two days can adversely affect your energy levels of the rest of the week. If you get up every day at the same time, your body will get used and hardly need an alarm clock to wake up. <span id="more-57"></span></p>
<p>Rise with the sun. A dark room is ideal for sleep, but we are never going to help get up, Before going to bed, opened slightly up curtains or blinds to let in the first rays of the sun. When you&#8217;ve woken up, get up and open the window altogether: the sun will wake you faster.</p>
<p>Forget to turn off the alarm every 5 minutes. Say goodbye to the habit of disabling the alarm clock to stay in bed a while longer: maybe a few more minutes sleep, but are useless because they offer a deep and restful break. All I want is more laziness. So, put the alarm on the exact times when you have to get up.</p>
<p>Drink a glass of water. Before going to the bathroom and get dressed, drink a glass of cold water. We revive and increase metabolic activity.</p>
<p>Practice exercise. The morning physical exercise has many benefits. Among them, feel more energized and alert for the rest of the day. Moreover, as the first activity in your day when you get used to it, it will make you difficult to jump.</p>
<p>Protein breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that you have said on several occasions: a breakfast rich in protein as a yogurt, scrambled eggs or cereal is the best fuel to activate your body.</p>
