Tips to treat swollen legs

Swollen and sore legs are one of the most common ailments that I see when I give massages, is much more common in women than in men and the cause is usually due to poor blood circulation which makes retaining fluid.
My usual recommendation is that you go to your doctor and follow a treatment but in a complementary way you could improve if you want treat your swollen legs
“You make a diet low in sodium, salt decreases to a minimum, replacing it with parsley, cilantro, garlic, ginger, vinegar, mint, etc. Avoid all kinds of sausages and canned foods, except the addition of ricotta cheese
The idea is to maintain your water balance in optimal conditions for it must drink pints of liquid a day, including juices, and also have the great ally and foods that contain potassium which helps to counteract the sodium levels, as are beans, soy in all its varieties (meat, cheese and tofu), spinach, squash, carrots, potatoes, avocados (avocados), tomatoes. In fruits have bananas, oranges, apples, kiwi, papaya, grapes, dates, strawberries.
