A study by the University of Dundee in Britain conducted a power test in a hundred children of school age (between 4 and 10 years) and noted that, among several options, usually chose the least healthy. The conclusion was that 63% of the population is born with the so-called “obesity gene” to blame for the magnet that draws us little nutritious food that makes us eat 100 extra calories in one meal.
But there are more reasons why what we feel better is what you get fat. Foods high in fat, like junk food, they are delicious because they provoke a sense of special delight in our mouth and also have a high degree of satiety. According to experts, when you stop eating fat, to some extent, you lose that feeling.
As for taste there is nothing written, many people who fortunately do enjoy the delights of healthy food like fruits. If this is not your case, habits can always help you: start eating more fruits and vegetables daily and watch your body get used to them.
